Please help Fleming
One of the most important actions you can take to help your children and help the educational programs at Fleming Middle School is to submit an LAUSD Meal Application.
* For you: Your children may be eligible for free or reduced-price meals at school. Many people are surprised to learn that they qualify. Federal money is allocated for this purpose and you should get your share.
* For Fleming: Fleming depends on funds provided by the federal Title I program, and our Title I funding depends on the percentage of accepted Meal Applications. If all Fleming families apply we'll meet our goal (75%) and continue to receive our present level of these funds. These funds provide resources such as: Class Size Reduction Teachers, a librarian, a nurse, instructional materials, technology and more.
Deadline for 2016 Meal Applications for Title I School Eligibility: October 24, 2016
Apply online: Go to myschoolapps and click Get Started.
If you have any questions ask Mr. Collister, our Title I Coordinator.
